I had a wonderful customer experience with Zack - he spent time to researched my questions on specific features and customisation and was very pleasant to deal with. The device arrived quickly to the UK. I started the LED 3 nights ago to help healing my rosaccea and the redness has already decreased, am so schuffed. I will also use it on my inflammed peri belly. I omitted to take my magnesium evening supplement and I still slept well which I also attribute to the panel. I will give it time and later order the full body version. The mobile app doesn't synch with the device well, I have to do my settings manually. A future improvement would be to think of ways of swapping a device for a bigger one and recycle parts - would be an amazing sustainability option.
